This is an update to my original review of the Prestige Dodge service department on June 20. After writing my 2 star review, the next day I received a message from Jerrell the customer service representative for Towbin Dodge. I contacted him and explained what was going on and the problems I was having. After listening to what I had to say, he apologized for what happened and said he would make things right. Jerrell did make things right. I sent him a text on June 28 and he told me bring my vehicle into Prestige and to talk to Rich C. on June 29 to get the switch fixed and there will be a loaner vehicle waiting so I don't have to wait. I brought my vehicle in at 7am and by 740am I was out and my vehicle was finished by 10am. When I got my vehicle back, Rich told me to contact him if any problems occur with the new switch.
I greatly appreciate the help from Jerrell and Richard for making this happen.

Dropped my car off at 745am to get a dynastic done for my radio switch that's acting up. Came by at 345pm and my car hasn't even been in the bay yet. The service rep had to talk to the service manager to get my car finally in the bay. After waiting another hour, my car was finally ready. However the Mechanic couldn't duplicate the problem. That was bull... now with talking to the service rep about the it, and asking if I could talk to the service manager, the service rep talked to the service manager and the radio switch is getting ordered. I still asked to talk to the service manager about the problem and told him what was going on. Once I finished talking to the service manager I showed the service rep what was going on. The service rep saw was going on with the switch.. Now once the switch comes in it probably going to take at least 2 hours even if I dropped my car off at 7am.
I had the switch replaced early in 2017 and it took over 3 hours when I bought it in at 8am, even made an appointment for that day. So this is not the 1st time that I have had problems.
Sorry to say this is one of the worst service
departments I have ever dealt with.
I usually don't write reviews because nothing ever gets done, but just felt like writing this one.
