  • Is there a way to give Zero stars? Sales- they bait and switch you by showing you and letting you test drive higher priced cars then try to sell you the exact opposite of what you want in hopes that you buy the expensive one. Stay away Service- car was in there for 2 consecutive Saturdays for the AC not working. Both times telling me there's nothing wrong. BS. I brought it to lake Norman and guess what- Bad Compressor. Absolutely horrible mechanics. Stay far far away from this dealership.
