  • Do not use your debit card here. 3 days before Christmas I try to make a purchase but system was down. Tried 4 different times kept coming up declined even though money was in account. Next day I notice 3 transactions went through for that amount. Best Buy refused to refund the money on the card because they had no record of transaction even though I brought in a statement from my bank. 3 days before Christmas I'm out $500, until my bank can dispute it.
