  • My husband and I have been married a few years and our new twins were getting a little cramped in our tiny rental house in Mesa. We decided that it was time to buy our very first home. The idea of such a big purchase was a bit scary but thankfully my husband Paul is a lender so he knows a ton of realtors and has helped lots of other people purchase homes. He knew without a doubt that we should use the John and the Gluch Group as our team of real estate agents. I felt much more comfortable knowing that Paul had worked with this team a bunch and been super impressed with them. We sat down for our initial consult with them and shared all of our hopes and dreams for our first home. John was genuinely excited for us and did a great job listening for what we were really looking for. We felt very heard and like we were important to him and the rest of the team. They went to work looking for homes for us and it was super convenient getting into the houses we liked. There are 8 agents on the team and they all work together so someone is always on call to open up houses. The market was a little crazy and some houses sold right away so it was great being able to get into new listings the first day the showed up. We looked at 10 or 12 houses before we found one that we really loved. It had been on the market a while so John suggested we try to knock the price down some and get the seller to pay our closing costs which we got the seller to agree to. The team helped us through all of the inspections, paperwork, and negotiations like pros.. they really knew their stuff! We closed on our new, way bigger house in Tempe and we absolutely love it. Since closing we have sent several friends and family members who needed a realtor to the Gluch Group and they have also had great experiences.
