rev:text	I was in town for a Mommy Vacay---yes, a getaway for three moms with multiple kids under the age of 9, need I say more?!! My flight left last so I needed to find some ways to kill time before heading to catch my flight back to reality. Our hotel was minutes away and after reading the stellar Yelp reviews I booked a 1PM appointment for a fill with gel polish. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was pleasantly surprised how much better the interior looked compared to the run down strip mall the salon is housed in. I waited a few moments before being seated at their chic nail bar with white stone countertops, leather like high back chairs with ultra convenient hooks for your purse!! The technician began removing my gel polish and asked me what shape I wanted. I repeated myself a few times before she asked for some input from the woman in the first chair. Turns out this is who would end up finishing my nails and o couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Chi with her cute baby bump in tow, asked me what shape, thickness and curve I wanted. I loved how thorough she was! I mean, her attention to detail was awesome!!! Apparently she doesn't do nails anymore as she just runs the shop now but because of short staff due to vacations and illness she stepped in to help! Score for me. I wish I could bring her back to the Bay with me. If I ever return to the desert I'll most definitely pay her shop a visit and bring along my friends.
