rev:text	Was in Las Vegas for a week for business so I didn't have much time to enjoy the local restaurants, but there was one restaurant my GF and I could not be more anxious to try out. We both are huge chef Gordon Ramsey fans, we wanted to see if his meals were as good as they looked on TV! We showed up at about 3pm on Friday. It was a 30 minute wait in line just to see the hostess! Bring comfy shoes because there is nowhere to sit down unless you want to lose your place. I did see a couple come up in front of the line and retrieve a reservation they had made, so if that is a thing they allow I highly recommend doing it. There is a large fireplace with custom ironwork. It can be very warm standing in line so make sure you have layers that you can shed. But it was worth the wait. After getting through the line, we were seated immediately. I ordered a Backyard Burger with bacon and Dubliner cheese, I'm sure it tastes authentic with American Cheese but I wanted something a little more adventurous. I ordered an IPA cause you can't have a burger without a good beer. Their beer selection had a decent variety but not overwhelming. The food came fast but not rushed, I'm sure they take their time preparing. Burger was as good as I hoped it would be. I was surprised how high the burger was stacked, I generally like burgers I can fit in my mouth and not have to cut with a fork. And the spicy ketchup that came with the fries was interesting and good! Overall great experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was top notch.
