  • This is unquestionably the worst Giant Eagle as far as customer service is concerned. Most of the personnel at the Customer Service desk are condescending and unwilling to help customers. On more than one occasion I have asked to speak with a manager and they call the manager rather than paging the manager. Apparently the managers at this Giant Eagle are not interested in interacting in person with customers. So avoid this Giant Eagle completely.
