SERVICE KING obviously doesn't stand for CUSTOMER SERVICE KING.
This was my first experience with service king and it will now be my last! My 2008 Dodge Nitro was in their shop for a collision repair for front end damage. The damage was repaired no problem and I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the time it was completed.
So why am I upset and giving such a bad rating?
The problem is I turned my car over to Service King with 4 working power windows and I received my car back with only 3 working windows. I called the day I got the car back and told them about the damage. I was first told I was a liar by Phil saying "How can you prove that damage didn't happen before!?" I stood my ground and asked to speak to the manager. I was forwarded to Armando who then admitted that the damage happened in their shop but he wasn't going to do anything about it because "my car was old and parts break and just because it happened to break in their shop doesn't mean their liable."
This was very upsetting. It shouldn't matter if my car is a 2008 or a 2016 model. If I give you my car with all 4 working windows I EXPECT my car returned WITH ALL 4 WORKING WINDOWS.
Needless to say I will now be taking them to small claims court and telling anyone I know to NEVER GO TO SERVICE KING!
