I'm giving one star solely due to the support staff. The doctor and other providers are great however, dealing with the staff is the worst ever. I used to manage medical clinics and I wouldn't tolerate the service or lack of service that is provided by the staff here. Calling is horrible and you are told you are first in line in the automated system however, when the call is picked up, all you hear is "please hold" and a click! I have been on hold for 10 min so far! Still waiting. What happened to asking your callers is they can hold and waiting for the response BEFORE putting a person on hold!
Very irritating indeed. Still on hold. Gonna hang up because I'm at work and don't have time to waste.
Front line staff (director of first impressions) can make or break a business!
Great, now they picked up and threw me back into the automated system! That was 15 minutes of my valuable time wasted!
