  • Worst ULTA I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible and they are always out of stuff. The lines are always so long and they refuse to staff accordingly.The staff here could care less about their customers. Every time I come here I leave disappointed. I asked for help and the employee looked at my like I was asking her to do something outside of her job description. Just horrible.
