  • After leasing our car for 3 years from Arrowhead Honda, we went to purchase it. We were not offered the pre-certified car inspection or a courtesy wash that would have been done if they were selling this vehicle to someone else. They didn't credit us the $500 coupon that they had sent my husband to buy or purchase a vehicle from them. They only offered us a loan with a bank that was double the rate we could get at our own bank, and when we told them the next day we had decided to pay cash for the vehicle, they told us it was too late and to wait for a month to get our loan paperwork and then we could pay it off-- along-with the incurred interest charges. I am sure they get a kickback from the bank for the business. They made us wait over a month for a refund on the $2800 service contract we were paying for as well. We were easy customers--the paperwork had all been done with the lease 3 years earlier--they didn't have to sell us on the vehicle, take a test drive, etc. We were absolutely going to be no work for them--could they have given the car a wash at least?
