  • My friend bought the lemon genoise cake to a gathering so I had a chance to try a dessert from Sait culinary campus. The design of it was very nice. The lemon flavor was nice although the genoise sponge was very dry. I prefer my cakes to be moist. I may try other flavors but will pass on the lemon genoise next time.
