  • Emergency room sucks. Came here with what I thought was a broken jaw and couldn't talk clearly, the lady at the counter was probably deaf and when she didn't hear me for a THIRD TIME she got all pissy and rude. Then the guy next to her was like can you say that again sir. Oh yeah sure let me repeat myself a fourth time with a lockjaw. Stupid idiots at Southwest. They aren't even real nurses they probably went to Polaris and tri-c for their "nursing" degrees.
