  • It's unfortunate that I have to write this review because during my time with this company I enjoyed my apartment and it's location. However with that being said, I should have known from the start that dealing with this company would be a downward spiral. First off, after seeing a property online I contacted the broker associated with the unit. The online ad which clearly stated/advertised as an exact unit had false pictures from a unit that was not for lease. So, imagine taking the time out of your schedule to see a completely different place, and when you ask about the one that's pictured the response you get is "oh, that must be a different unit, we manage a lot of units in this complex, that must be ""'s listing not mine." Well, I thought nothing of it until recently when they showed my unit using the same pictures and saying the same thing to prospect tenants. Shocker. After moving into my apartment, I was told it would be professionally cleaned and that the carpet would be cleaned as well. Neither of those took place, but it was the middle of May and my AC wasn't working, so which battle would you choose to take on? Yep, the AC issue. Wouldn't it be common to make sure the AC works before moving a tenant in? I guess not for these guys. When it was all said and done, it took about 10 days to get my AC fixed. (It was over 100 degrees daily outside). And it wasn't until I had my lawyer call in that they actually starting making moves. Once that was fixed I tried avoiding any communication with this management company. Upon any attempt to ask a question regarding my lease or common things I would get completely disregarded and avoided. I loved my apartment and location but couldn't stand the thought of dealing with them anymore. They shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. So my advice? Avoid them, even if the property they have is nice. I just wish I had the opportunity to talk to the actual landlord of this property to let him know the people who are managing his property do not have his best interest in mind.
