Seriously? You build a brand-new facility and it's still in the DARK AGES? No wifi for customers, no power for laptops, no cocktail tables to work at? What's wrong with you people? Especially when you offer the option to wait for vehicle servicing. What are people supposed to do for two or three hours? They can't work; they can't surf the internet; they can't power devices. (Not to mention the RIDICULOUS light fixtures that hang at head-smashing level in the customer waiting area -- who designed THAT nonsense?) Worst of all, none of the staff seems to care at all about these deficiencies: it's just a big "shrug" to all of them. I think you need to rethink the *complete* customer service experience especially as your service rates are exhorbitant. As a customer coming back to Calgary from the San Francisco Bay Area (which, I might point out, IS technologically savvy), this is a serious downgrade. PS: I learned later that they DO have wifi but it has been out of commission for a couple of days. Well, TELL ME THAT when I arrive, so I can plan to go to the nearest Starbucks to work.
