This has been a favorite of my best friend and mine for years. It's impossible to get in if it's crowded and there isn't anywhere around to kill time if you have to wait for a table. But if you can get in, you will certainly enjoy yourself. This is where I first fell in love with Belgian frittes. And always a good place for some Belgian wits. The mussels are delicious. I have always had good service at this restaurant, even when they are packed. It's also a good "date" restaurant, but the noise level is pretty high.
