The meal itself was very good, except the bread wasn't the best. The train really started to derail when they wanted an extra 75 cents for a couple spoonfuls of sauce to take with the leftover half of a calzone. The service was terrible, they took about 10-15 minutes to bring a bill, and when they brought back the receipt to sign after charging the credit card... It was for six dollars more than the original bill was for. She claimed that when she went to swipe the card she noticed it only had one soft drink instead of three, So she added two more. The catch was, there were only two soft drinks... So it was overcharging by one drink. She didn't seem to grasp why I would want some explanation or communication for a receipt being more than the bill. She claimed to be "the old one who knows what's going on", and was hustling hard, but didn't seem very competent at her job.
