  • Yesterday I had a new washer and dryer delivered to our house and as my luck would have it, and despite my expert measuring skills they did not fit in the space provided by 1/4in. The Lowe's delivery/installation crew said I would have to have some come remove the base board on along the wall so they could both slide in, then I would have to call Lowe's to reschedule the installation for them to finish the job. I am sure that sounds like an easy job to some people but not me! Thats where Response Crew comes in. I called at 12:30 yesterday to have someone come out and remove the baseboard and finish the installation so I did not have to have Lowe's come back out. Adam said he was able to get someone to my house in an hour!!! I was shocked! Sure enough at 1:25pm Dan showed up and was extremely helpful. He removed the baseboard just enough so it could slide in but without having to take it off the entire wall. He was quick, professional, and his work was flawless! He even looked at some other things around the house I might need help with and was able to give me a quote. He was not pushy at all to get me to do it just said if you decide you want our help give Adam a call and he will get you scheduled. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
