  • Worst customer service! I believe they are running a scam in the billing department. No reminders for bill due date and then send you a late notification. The website runs you around in circles like a dog chasing his tail. When you try to change your password; a message pops up indicating an error has occurred! They refuse to send a paper bill for our backup records. I'm done playing their mind games!!!
