  • My moving company made the comment that this facility is "as secure as a prison." Exactly the description I like when the security of my personal belongings are at stake! There is 24/7 surveillance and two separate gates: one for entering only and one for exiting only. Your own made-up personal security code has to be entered before entering and exiting, and you only have access to the floor which your unit is located on. I was impressed to learn that there is a temporary code that expires weekly available for the moving company and other guests that I didn't want to give my code to. The staff is very friendly and patient when answering all of my questions. The facility is very clean. I also enjoyed the large carts that are available for use. They make transporting items from the ground level to the unit very easy and convenient. The elevators are large enough for two carts to fit.
