rev:text	After having a bad experience a few weeks ago, the manager of Elements called me to ask about what happened. She graciously offered to let me come back at no charge and correct the experience. I saw Jessica who was waiting at the desk when I walked in. She was awesome -- kept the conversation to a minimum so we could get started but also let me know that everything (temp, light, music) could be changed. Jessica ended with a scalp massage that had me melted in to the table. Thanks to Elements for really caring about providing an awesome customer experience, I'm a happy camper :)
