  • I see all the negative reviews, but don't have the same experiences. Every time I call customer service they take care of me properly, efficiently, and no questions asked. Most of the time my food is ripe and ready to eat. A few times they have delivered food that isn't, but there are times when I'm at the grocery store and also bring home unripened or overly ripened food. Most recently somehow I accidentally added a produce box to my order ($15) and got the delivery. I called right away to let them know I received it, but didn't mean to order it. She said "no problem, go ahead and keep it and I'll remove it from your bill"
