  • Do not use this company as your Internet Service provider. Their lowest prices internet speeds are very slow, and their higher priced faster speeds are very expensive .... Unless you want to sign a five year contract, and believe me you don't. I've had problems with them from the onset. They said they would come between 12 - 5 during a weekday to set up my internet. They didn't arrive until 7 that night, and only after I made several phone calls. They also have messed up on my billing on more than one occasion. And the internet has gone out on several occasions due to 'area outages.' The employees are all friendly but the pricing and service is just plain inadequate.
