I sent my Biltmore sofa back for re-upholstery. They returned it with the wrong back cushions. I have asked repeatedly to have my cushions returned. They have given me promises but no cushions. About a month has passed with no explanation and they no longer respond to emails. Awful customer service! Actually, NO customer service! I'd suggest that you do not pay them for anything until you're 100% satisfied. Now I have the additional expense of getting my lawyers involved.
