I was really excited to bring my child to this facility based on the reviews until I stopped by for a tour. The entry way was crowded and had really random items. 3 5 gallon water jugs, a large black jug, and random clothes on the floor. After you leave the entry way you walk into a classroom. No one was in a uniform which I didn't mind but it was hard to identify the staff. Someone gave me a tour. I was so shocked by the lack of cleanliness that I didn't hear much she said. The tile had dirt and when I drug my shoe across it, I could feel graduals of sand. The carpet area in one classroom had crumbs all over the floor. The water dispenser was facing the wall. There was dirt on the walls too. They proceeded to walk me outside. I noticed kids didn't have shoes on, some had messy faces. One girl didn't even have pants on. She was playing in her underwear. When I went outside they had a lovely playground and then I saw some questionable toys being played with that were in a pile. I was shown a "grass" area with random trikes and one helmet. As the young girl giving me a tour was talking to me, I watched a little girl pee down the slide. They also have class pets which I thought was awesome but the lack of upkeep of the building made me wonder if the pets were taken care of correctly. It was even a mess behind the desk with open snacks, paperwork, and random boxes. All the staff at the building were polite and well spoken. It just was very dirty.
