I have had a very unsatisfying experience with the Camelback Ford service department. First I bring in my Ford Fiesta for simply new TCM sensor and a battery and they send me an email 2 days later telling me I need ALLLLLL sorts of other work done (the action plan didn't even include the TCM sensor that actually needed to be replaced) and it was going to cost over $860 to fix. When I brought this up to my service rep. Richard he seemed to brush it off entirely and treated me like some kid daughter of his. THEN after a week of waiting to be fixed I take the car home and it makes the most TERRIBLE screeching noise that it didn't even make before I brought it in. So I call and set up an appoint the next day to get it looked at and when I arrive (first thing in the morning) they tell me that they can't even look at it until the next day. Like why did I even make a 7am appointment with Josh the night before if you're not even going to look at it when I bring it in????
All in all I felt swindled by my service rep AND disrespected. Richard didn't even shake my hand after completing my paperwork the first time. Who leaves their customer hanging?
