Now to start off I haven't been to the location or taken any of the classes, but my experience was definitely not great. I had a few questions because the website was worded weird or it seemed like it was missing words especially with the service fees because it didn't make sense and I didn't want to get the wrong impression. I decided to call the place and the receptionist was very rude. I just had simple questions and she was talking to me like I was stupid. She had the most inconsiderate tone of voice and just replied very bluntly and unmannerly. I understand that people have bad days here and there, but your personal problems should not get in the way or affect your job. The receptionist is always the first and last impression of the place. If they hire people like her, imagine how rest of the employees are.
