  • This is my first time going here for an alteration on 2 shirts. The owner told me each shirt would be $12.00 cash and would be ready within 1 week. I returned within that time frame and received both shirts back and both were hemmed crooked - badly. I told her I wanted my $24.00 back and she said the shirts were not crooked even though I tried both on in front of her and they was clearly mismatched once buttoned. The owner became defensive and said I was not looking at them correctly and she would either give me the money, but she wanted to keep the shirts. I told her I would be keeping my shirts, and it was bad customer service for her not to acknowledge she did bad work and return my money. I would never return here again and advise against using their services.
