HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our flight was delayed 5 hours so our arrival was pushed to 4:30AM. We called ahead of time to ask if we could still get our rental car when we arrived. The representative assured us that there would be someone tracking our flight and waiting for us to help us get our car. We arrive at 4:15AM, no one at the counter. An AVIS representative walks in shortly after us just to tell us that they we're not open till 6:30AM and leaves and wouldn't answer any questions.
