  • Usually I avoid places with "Crazy" in the name, but I'm glad that I got my bike from Lenny's. I gave them a try because they offered an amazingly low price on the previous year's model of Haibike. I called to verify that it was unused, which it clearly is. Mark went beyond my expectations to test the stand-over height of various sizes - and gave me good advice on which to buy. He also sent an email after delivery to check on how it was going and answered a couple of questions I had. It was a much, much better experience than I had expected from any online bike store.
