  • DI was in town on business and took a sheath dress to this dry cleaner, which I had used from 2005-2010 & had been very pleased with both the pricing and quality of service and care of my garments. I gave them 3 days to do the job. There was a lipstick mark smaller than the size of a dime, underneath the arm hole on the left side, so it really didn't matter is they got it pout completely or not.....HOWEVER, they didn't completely get it out, BUT they charged me over $16 for one dress. It wasn't silk or leather, it was an ordinary dress. They aren't an organic dry cleaner. When I questioned the manager, he said... "Yes, that is what we charge for dresses." SERIOUSLY??? THIS ISN'T BEVERLY HILLS... IT'S PHOENIX, AZ. RIDICULOUS!!! #NotWorthTheMoney #Unacceptable #Ridiculous
