  • I'm from CA, and I was in AZ for a race, my bike was hatin it! I went to all the other local shops and no one knew how to fix my derailleur. But I went to Global Bikes and talked to the service manager Jake SCV Shaw, and he told me exactly what was wrong with my gears after a nice ride up some long hills, it took some time riding to get it figured out but Jake was determined to fix it, and boy did he! It works so much better than when I bought it!!!! I wish I lived in Chandler, AZ so he could touch my bike all the time! just another loyal Global dude! J-DUB
