| - Everything about my sales experience was stellar. I saw an ad online, and called. The salesman, Chad Hamilton, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He gave me his cell number so that I could text him when I was on the way to view it, so no time was wasted wandering through acres of cars I didn't want to look at.
Understanding that we knew what we wanted he didn't bother us with looking at more expensive vehicles and instead helped us explore financing options quickly.
Roger Haddad, the financing manager was quick, efficient and also super friendly. I have been to other car lots where you feel dirty just being there- but Toyota had a wonderfully appointed showroom, super friendly staff, and you just can't beat the used car options.
I also LOVED the fact that although my husband was with me, I was not treated as a second hand thought, or "little woman" as has happened in the past at other car lots (story for another time). I was treated as a cherished non-gender specific customer from start to finish. Kudos to the team.
Also- when the purchase was completed the salesman pulled my newly detailed Jeep into the showroom for me to get a photo in my new ride- in the showroom. Fun piece of pomp and circumstance that not many places do for their used car customers. So thank you, Bell Road Toyota for a really great purchasing experience!
