After dealing with owner Pat and the problems that followed I now understand he micromanages this business but he does not seem to care that all his staff are rude and do not care about the customer!! I bought some chairs that are falling apart already and after complaining about not receiving a call from HIm I was treated very poorly. hung up on me a couple of times and he kept me on hold and actually admitted to my face that he was not taking my calls with an obscene hand gesture in front of his staff and clients. motivaton= $$$
