  • This is where I learned to drink. No seriously, my first regular bar, back in the 20's. Massive, sometimes a bit loud, but it's home. Grad students, old school folks, younger crowds... this spot is a mix socially, and really that's what a bar should be. Except for one old fuck that bartends, the staff is always consistently great. Great selection of booze. Food is good for being "bar food", a big shout out to the BOH there, small space cranking out the food.
