  • The sofa was old and uncomfortable. The tub and sink drained VERY slowly. The carpets in the hallway and elevator were stained and dirty. Guests were in the breakfast area with no shoes. I saw a child sneeze on the fruit. Also, one unattended child couldn't decide which slice of bread she wanted. She picked up three different slices before deciding that she wanted the first slice. Definitely did not meet my Hyatt expectations. I will try somewhere else next time and certainly won't recommend this location.
