So I've been having the occasional lunch at The Roasting company for over 8 years now. I called in our order today for my office and was again talking to a young guy that sounding like he'd rather be anywhere than on the phone taking my order. When I told him I wanted to place an order for pickup, he actually said "Oh... ok, let me get a piece of paper..." WHAT? It's 11:15am on a business day and you work at an establishment that makes its money from lunch orders. Why are you not ready to take an order when you answer the phone? (And if you're not ready, why do you still have that job??) Then when I arrive and am simply being mannerly in my conversation, I'm met with silence by the dirty looking guy that's behind the bar. His hair looks like an oily mess, his pants are hanging off his @ss and he refuses to speak when spoken to?!!?? You do know you're not selling gold bars in this place, right? I mean- there are tons of other lunch options out there, The Roasting Company isn't all that. I've SO had it with these entitled millennials half @ss doing their jobs at establishments... The only thing they're really good at is RUNNING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS!
