  • We went to this Home Depot (HD) for their home remodeling services - it turned out to be a nightmarish experience. The contractors they use are incompetent, unethical, late, boorish, and take advantage of senior citizens. You would think HD vets their contractors, that is why we went there - big mistake. Conversely, we used Lowes (Frank Lloyd Wright - Sonia) for our bathrooms and they were excellent. Thankfully, we used Spencer's, who beat Home Depot all day long, for appliances. If you're thinking of using HD for remodeling services I'd say, "Let's NOT do this." We are using an attorney to recover from HD.
