  • Luis came to our residence within 4 hours of placing the call. His concern was getting the AC back to operational ASAP. He wasted no time in isolating the problem. He entered both attics and was able to locate a short in the wire between the air handler and the compressor. Once he identified where the short was, he repaired it. After the repair was complete, he made certain the unit was operating properly and the house was cooling. Nobody wants to call for an AC repair. Most of us have little knowledge of what all those parts are doing and more importantly, how much they cost. Luis explained everything in terms I could understand. He was extremely professional and honest. This is the second time I have used this company for AC repair and both times they sent pleasant professionals. Good work Aristotle Air.
