Why does this company have such a low rating? It is because of TERRIBLE customer service.
I have had to speak with three different representatives, including Tammy and Crystal, over the past 56 minutes (I am still on hold for a 4th representative) because of a quality control issue with a lumbar support device I purchased. It is difficult to believe that I cannot get ANYONE on the phone who can help me.
Colonial Medical Supplies was the last company I purchased a lumbar support device from, and that device has stayed intact after over 100 washes. This one from Edgepark fell part and looks thrashed after one washing.
After 1 hour, Customer Service rep, Monica, helped me. She apologized that the process to speak to someone who could help me took that long... I will see whether she follows through and has her billing department reverse the insurance claim...
