I'm catholic, but I come here once in a while because someone very special in my life comes here and I like to support her. I'm a little thrown off by churches like this because of the size. This place is a HUGE compound complete with a 24-hour prayer center! Plus there's always a band, cameras and screens showing bible verses and what not. Super high tech. You don't get all that in a catholic parish.
After coming here several times and listening to Pastor Luke, I have to say that I am delighted to come here. I go to mass at my church and then come here with my friend. The bible lessons generally go along with where we're at in the gospel in Catholic church. I bring my bible and love to follow along with Pastor Luke.
You can get lost in here and it's overwhelming, trust me. There are always plenty of ushers around to help you out. Just tell them it's your first time. And don't be scared! Go up to the front. Don't get buried in the back! It's a lovely church with a lovely group of humble people. Soak it all in!
