  • Nothing but positive, excellent experiences here! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ruiz is just great. A couple years ago I took a three month business trip to Mexico and wanted to take my dog with me. I was able to get the exam appointments, and then a follow up appointment within three days of my trip (per MX requirements), and Dr. Ruiz filled out all the paperwork and translated it into Spanish for me. I had no problems at all importing my dog through the Mexico City airport. I've been bringing both of my dogs (Chug and St. Bernard) to Dr. Ruiz ever since. When my Saint, Lola, started developing a huge tumor, Dr. Ruiz was so gentle and calm and ran some tests on it, determining that it was just a fatty tumor (relief!!!). They've always been very careful about not over-testing and the fees are really affordable. Love this place!
