Cox customer service is horriable. I called cust.service to get an extension on my bill prior to the bill being due. They told me I could get the extension until Oct.8,2017. Well on 09/25/17 they cut the service off. Called on the 26th and I was told unfortunately I spoke with the wrong person. But they had a note in the system. Ok first of all how was I to know that I didn't speak with the right person .Excuse the hell out of me ok. So she got ignorant and hung up the phone in my face. I called back and and spoke with another rep. I told her that I didnt get my disability to the 8 th of the month. She informed me she could only go to the 5 th.. Then she says the social security checks come out on the 3rd. Who in the hell told her I was on social security. It was none of her business. Then she said the 8th is on a Sunday . And I said that is when I get my check. It might come on Saturday are Sunday are that Monday. What damn business is it of there's when I receive my check. In so many words she told me I was a liar. Your company needs to enlighten your workers that disability checks come from other sources then social security. They have no right to question the customer about where there income comes from. This time I had to hang up the phone on her. Very unprofessional! Im done with Cox!! They don't deserve s star. Have to give them a one star if I want this to post UGH!
