  • I purchased a Groupon for this moving service thinking it was such a great deal! We had our move planned and had everything packed. I had called several weeks in advance to make the appt and was told they would be at our house on Saturday the 5th at 9 am. Around 10:30, I called the office and was told that I gave the woman my wrong phone number. I have had the same phone number for over 7 years. She kept repeating over and over that I had given her the wrong phone number and even said she would need to call the movers to find out what number it was that I had given her. When she finally figured out that SHE had written down 505 instead of 515 ( which has been my area code for my ENTIRE life) I asked her regardless of whether I gave it to her incorrectly or she wrote it down wrong were the movers going to be moving our belongings. She assured us that we were put at the last move of the day and the movers would be there around 2-3. So as my family and I waited and waited, I continued to call for updates and was repeatedly told the movers would be there. Eventually my fiance called and was told that they would not make it Saturday and would be there Sunday morning at 9 am. So yet again, Sunday morning we waited and waited. Considering these were the only two days our family could move, we were in a complete scramble trying to get our stuff moved to our new home. Needless to say, we left several voicemails Sunday and NEVER heard back from anyone from the company on Monday. WORST moving experience ever. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
