This is the best traditional Korean food I've had in Las Vegas. We ordered the arlbap (think bibimbap but with fish eggs instead of beef), nangmyun, salmon skin, roll, and seolleongtang. The presentation was spot on, the flavors were right, and most of the time when you find a Korean bbq + sushi place you're lacking on one side or the other, but they nailed both! I usually run into an issue where the seolleongtang broth is too watery and it's mostly bone, but this broth was thick and there was plenty of meat. They make fresh kimchi and their arlbap had plenty of fish eggs and veggies.
