  • Dishonest, untrustworthy, flaw-hiding dealership that is an embarrassment to the brand it bears... BUYERS BEWARE! You will find in this dealership the very reason that industry has earned its reputation. Short story (there is a long version but Audi Uptown isn't worth the virtual ink I am using here) : I went there to test drive and buy a car. I have experience with Audi and test drove a few over the past two weeks... I was immediately very surprised when they brought me the car in a dirty condition (and by dirty I mean really dirty, especially the hood...). I ask to see the car clean before I spend time test driving it so I may spot any flaws... and lo and behold... the dirt was hiding a 3 foot long, non-superficial scratch in the middle of the hood. What a waste of my time... and the salesguy was trying to say it wasn't a real problem as I was leaving the dealership. If they purposefully tried to hide this easy to spot flaw, who knows what other, harder to spot flaws would have been hidden. PS: this wasn't even for a cheap, run down car, it was for an A6 with 20,000 km on it. It should have been in mint condition.
