I've been trying to get to this place for a long time now. One day I finally dropped by only to see a sign on the door: closed.
While I did drop by during advertised hours they were apparently between exhibits and setting up for a show. A lady coming out told me to come back next day at 6 for a party.
I think they should do a much better job of announcing closures. I checked the website and Twitter and didn't see any notice.
Anyways I went back a week later and wasn't impressed. There was one person behind a desk who didn't even look up when I entered. She didn't welcome me, give me an introduction or say to ask if I had questions. I felt very unwelcome. She only spoke to me when I approached to ask if there was a fee (it's free).
Those are the reasons for my rating. Whether art is your taste or not is another story and shouldn't influence the rating in my opinion. Though I will say the art wasn't my taste. It wasn't modern, wasn't traditional...wasn't really specific art. It was more an installation of a concept or project - in this case a credit rating agency...
