I am leasing a 2016 Ford Escape. The leasing process was very simple and quick. They were honest and informed me about discounts I was eligible for (my employer, etc).
Now for my service experiences. I have had a remote start installed, oil changes, and just recently brought my car in for a recall. All the times I have brought my car in for service, it has been a very pleasant experience. They are always direct in communication and prompt in service.
This past service experience was AMAZING! I brought my car in for a recall that was to take "half a business day". It took 1 HOUR! I was so impressed.
I will definitely be sticking with Ford after my lease is up!
