This is the third time I have gone to Byers. They totally saved my first vacuum (which had apparently swallowed a large ball bearing?!) for about $15, saving me $85. The second time they fixed what turned out to be a minor repair very quickly, and told me about how to prevent it in the future. This last time I brought two vacuums. The repairperson spent 10-15 minutes looking at them, cleaned one out, did a tweak that solved a problem on one, and advised me that it wouldn't be worth it to spend money on the other... then when I asked what I owed they said ...NOTHING!? I have been totally wowed by their very fair prices and excellent customer service every time. (also- sure they have a religious sign in the window, and I was a little concerned it would come up, but this has NEVER been brought up in any interaction in any way. )
