Given that 99% of Italian restaurants in this country serve Italo-American food and not authentic italian food (take it from me, I lived in Bologna, Italy's food capital), I will say that Brio's lasagna is the closest to authentic I've ever seen at a casual italian place in the US. They use not only red meat sauce, but also a creamy bechamel, which is how it's done in northern Italy. Now, as for the gi-gundo lasagna portion size, that is authentically american!
